Founded in 2023 by Eneias Rocha and Craig Kavanagh, iSeekCare emerged as a transformative solution in the NDIS space, dedicated to providing flexible and innovative business models that maintain NDIS compliance. From the outset, we recognized a need among experienced support professionals who wanted to start their own NDIS businesses but felt overwhelmed by the complexities of setup and management. In response, we developed a franchise model that offers aspiring NDIS providers a robust foundation, comprehensive guidance, and the support they need to succeed. This way, our franchisees can focus on what they do best: delivering high-quality, personalized care.
Since our launch in Sydney, we’ve focused on building the iSeekCare brand. Now, in 2024, we’re expanding our franchise network, establishing partnerships across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and the Gold Coast. As part of the Support Umbrella Group, iSeekCare has access to a wide array of resources, enriching the services available to both our franchise partners and clients.
With over 20 years of experience in youth work and disability services, I began my career in 2004 with the Child, Youth, and Family department in New Zealand. After relocating to Sydney in 2011 and working in the NDIS sector, I| identified the need for more innovative, participant-centered support, which led to the launch of SeekSupport in 2018. Driven by a mission to offer comprehensive services, I founded iSeekCare, BeVisible Marketing Agency, and MyProviderHub—now all part of the Support Umbrella Group. Our focus is on streamlining operations for NDIS providers while ensuring high-quality care for participants, with iSeekCare striving to become Australia's top franchised NDIS provider. My passion for continuous learning, creativity, and transparency fuels my efforts to revolutionize the delivery of support services.
As the Chief Operations Officer of Support Umbrella Group, I lead a diverse portfolio of brands, including SeekSupport. My passion for innovation and out-of-the-box thinking has driven me to develop cutting-edge solutions that streamline the NDIS sector. Starting during COVID-19, I transitioned from a contract role with iSeekSupport to full-time leadership, launching new ventures and contributing to the formation of the Support Umbrella Group. MyProviderHub, one of my proudest achievements, is a web and mobile application designed to simplify operations and ensure compliance for NDIS providers. My mission, aligned with the Group's vision, is to provide comprehensive, high-quality, and compliant solutions under one roof to help NDIS providers thrive.
As a dedicated professional with a unique blend of experience in disability support and operations coordination, I thrive on providing high-quality care while streamlining processes for efficient service delivery. With a strong background in disability and aging support, I specialize in assisting individuals to live with dignity, independence, and improved well-being. My operational expertise ensures that systems run smoothly, enabling teams to work effectively and deliver consistent outcomes. I bring a proactive approach to monitoring client health, arranging necessary appointments, and coordinating care plans tailored to each individual’s needs. I also have a keen eye for detail in managing resources, maintaining schedules, and optimizing operational workflows. My goal is to make a meaningful impact by balancing compassionate support with operational excellence.
