If you have NDIS funding and are plan or self managed, we offer a range of disability support services to help you.
One of our relationship managers will meet with you to create an individualised support plan, ensuring that all your needs are covered, making the process 100% hassle-free.
We will assist you, your family, and carer in managing problems or unexpected situations, ensuring that you continue to receive the services you need in a crisis. Similarly, iSeekSupport Support Coordinators will identify, coordinate, and access supports and services that meet your specific needs, wants, and preferences.
We support our participants in engaging in community, social, and/or recreational activities. Likewise, whether they wish to go to the movies or simply head to the beach, we collaborate with our participants to plan the activities they desire. In addition, we provide transportation, and our cars are equipped with wheelchair access.
Highly qualified support workers are available to support participants who require High Intensity Supports.
Our dedicated Allied Health clinicians provide quality care to assist people with disabilities in reaching their full potential. And, they employ a multi-disciplinary and collaborative approach to offer holistic support.
iSeekCare provides a range of Short Term Accommodation services for individuals seeking a break and relaxation. In addition, our highly qualified and trained staff ensure that you feel comfortable and welcomed as part of our warm and friendly family.
