How do I access this support?
To access support under the 0125 NDIS support code – Community or Social Participation, you will need to work with your NDIS planner or Local Area Coordinator (LAC) to include this support in your NDIS plan. You can then decide on a service provider to deliver the support that best suits your needs and preferences.

✅ We will prepare your service agreement for you to review and make any necessary adjustments.
